why are you gonna buy the house in her name ? don't do that , buy in your name , and if she loves you for real , she's gonna understand , ..... you know'' better be safe than sorry '', you don't know what,s going to happen tomorrow , buying a house requires a lot of money , i think it is too much risk , .... i don't know ..... i'm married and everything it's in my name , and my wife never complained ...... at least try to tell her you're think about buying the house in your name , let's see what she's gonna say ..... if she says '' ok no problem at all '' .... then she loves you .......

Your legal question is best answered by an attorney who can draw up a contract for you. Are you planning to give her the money as a gift or a loan? Will you be paying her rent when you move there or expecting to live their rent free? Whatever you and she agree upon, put it in writing... legally. If the two of you cannot talk about money now, it won't get easier when you are together.

First of all, you need to make sure that the title is in YOUR name as well. I can assume you have had no written contract with your girl. If you guys were to ever break up before you lived there, you would be up the creek without the proverbial paddle. Basically, she has you by the short and curlys. You better get on the ball and get your name onto that title. As of now, if you guys were to break up, she would have everything and you would have nothing to show for it.

i suppose u could probably go to a solicitor and have a letter or a contract written so she would have to sign to say that she would have to pay bk money to you if u ever break up
