I don't understand, how can you do something everyday if that very thing makes you sick????
To stop it, it starts from yourself. Have some self-control. If it's an addiction already, then find a professional help. And switch this 'hobby' to playing games, hang out with friends, etc

Get out and get a life! Work, go to school for enrichment. Maybe even speak to a counselor if you feel that you need help. Just make plans to keep busy all of the time and stay away from the T.V.
I would also like to add that you are wasting a very beautiful thing...your mind!

you need to find someone that can satisfy you to the point that its pointless to watch it. and do other things insted, burn the tapes or dvds, have some fun in life!
