Yes I sure do I loved it .....I was alot younger then ;) It was called Out Of This World and the girls name was Evie played by Maureen Flannigan and her father well his voice was Burt Reynolds
This show revolved around a teenager, who was a little different from most: she was half alien! She had the ability to stop time. Unfortunately, her father (the alien) wasn't around to guide her, though she could communicate with him.

yeah i remember this, she used to talk to her father in a globe type thing, and the theme tune was something like, "would you like to swing on a star, carry moon beams home in a jar, and be better off where you are, or would you rather be a pig."
yeah thats the one. and the mother played annette in saturday night fever.
wow what a good show, it takes me back to my youth!

Out Of This World and I believe it was a spin off to the film Starman not sure on that though as sure she had son.
