I NEED A GOOD detailed workout programi wanna build and tone my chest legs arms back and specially abs i weigh 115 pounds (47 kg's )and i am 15 and 5,1 feet tall 1,55 cm i go to the gym 5 days a week about an hour each time .i also need to get taller

If you go to a gym, you may want to invest in having a personal trainer, who is qualified to help you reach your goals.
If you cannot arrange that (they are costly), here are a few tips.
Do two sets of each exercise at the gym. Add some weight and work until exhaustion. The weight used should be enough to exhaust you after 10 to 12 reps. If you are able to do lots more reps, then the weight you are using is too light.
Eventually, you should get to the point of doing three sets of each exercise.

first of all u have to the gym 6 days in a week and than working for just an hour is not enough u have to exercise 2~3 hours daily because when u will triain ur self for 2 to 3 hours daily u will get exhausted and tired and thats the point where u will bulild the muscles and u will start eating more.
