do you have to have 2 masterballs equiped to get one on the egg or only one?? this is for my little bro!

You can't attach anything to an egg!

items are not transferred when you breed Pokemon. The only way to obtain items on Pokemon is if you equip them or sometimes if you catch them in the wild they are equipped with items.
