if saddam is convicted and hanged for killing 148 Kurds and more number of shiites, havn't the Americans got a responsibility to convict and hang President Bush and Rumsfeld for killing more than 5000 civilians in Afghanistan and more than650,000 civilians in Iraq?

No.. hang Bush.
That 650 k death number includes anybody that may have been 'stressed'. No reliable organization adheres to that total number.
Since we're playing "what-ifs", how many Iraqies would die given Saddam Hussein's rule, and his hand-picked successor over the next 10 years?
War is hell, and we all expect that 5 years from now, Iraq will re-establish itself as a propsperous nation. - If it can get it's act together.

"Are you some kind of Anti-American hater?
Do you know how to read?"
The wild irony of somebody following up such a poorly composed double negative with the question "do you know how to read" is itself justification for a good lynching.
As for your question, you raise a perfectly valid point! Those that have the power, write the books, as they say. They also rope the gallows despite their own crimes against humanity. Is it any different than Joseph Stalin, who was not hanged after the Nuremburg trials only because he was on the winning side? Only time will tell...

Only flaw in your argument is that Saddam was convicted and sentenced by the IRAQIS not the Americans.

So lets get this straight. Hang Bush for everything that has happened over there with civilians. Even though some have happened from car bombs, some have happened from the Iraqi military, and of course others from the terrorist groups. But hey who cares just blame it all on Bush. Sorry you need to really rethink and look at all your stats again buddy.

Why has this hanging business suddenly gotten so popular? You just have to wait and see if there are consequences, but I presume the aforementioned American leaders are going to be well protected for the rest of their lives - until someday you decided to show up.

Look Saddam killed civilians for pleasure! Bush never deliberately killed anyone out of pleasure, foolish one. Saddam killed his own people in front of him so he could watch them die and his sons were worse than their father. So, pipe down about this. Those were accidents not criminal intent like Saddam.

You're even stupider than I am (hic). If you lived in Iraq, you'd have been plunged in a vat of acid. By the way, your numbers are ludicrously skewed. You've obviously been reading way too much of that leftwing propaganda and your brains have snotted up.

This is a very fair question that should be addressed to the American people and to the UN.Yes Bush and his administration should be sent to the court which will judge the case.I am sure that this court will sentence Bush and all his assistance who supported him in invasion of Iraq to death penalty.

Are you stupid or something?
Seriously. Are you some kind of Anti-American hater?
Do you know how to read?
Bush is not in the same league as Saddam or Hitler. He is the President of the United States. Have you been to Afghanistan? Iraq? Qatar? No, of course not. Talk to the men and women who served proudly there and ask them what is going on. Not the crap you are believing from the liberal media.
Before making stupid remarks....do some research.
