i have served with them whilst i was in the army. i found them a very pleasant happy people, not to be crossed. and undoubtably make some of the finest soldiers in the world.

i think you are not getting answers because the character strengths and abilities of the Nepalese people would depend entirely on who those individual people were, otherwise your question is racist in conception.
The whole spectrum of personality exists in Nepal as it does in every single other place on earth : Some Nepalese are outgoing, some are intraverted, some are optimistic, some less so.
