Australians don't hate Americans or America. In fact we think you are nearly as good as us and our country.

For a start, anybody who hates is a small-minded individual, regardless of his or her pet hate.

Most of the activity in the human brain actually occurs on the surface, which’s why it’s crinkled, to enlarge the area.

The majority of the globe is concerned about America, any country that would vote in such an eloquent and intellectual figure (sic) as George W Bush, for a second term deserves to be publicly ridiculed.

We don't get so upset about it in the UK, despite having lumbered our self with Tony Blaire, but then he is not so embarrassing as Bush is he?

America should wake up and realise that as one of the worlds leading economies, that it has to shoulder the blame for the global problems we are encountering, instead of being the sole nation to bury its head in the political sand at global summits.

Also as one of the world’s most powerful military powers, it should have the common sense to not interfere with politics around the globe as a knee jerk reaction to its first terrorist attack. Having suffered the IRA in London for twenty years, which were funded by supporters in America, the UK did not send in the troops, cut diplomatic relations or try to damage US trade. We sought a long and painful peace solution to Ulster.

The problem behind 9-11 is the 60 years of huge military and finical grants to the state of Israel whilst it illegally occupies land, and suppresses the population that lives upon that land. America, like the rest of the world has located its embassy in Tel Aviv, in protest to this occupation, but unlike the rest of the world, continues to prop up the Israeli economy. That's why half the world is upset with USA, why the entire region is in ruin, and why so many terrorists want to attack the US.

Clinton cut the aid, and the year afterward, 1994, the peace process started. Bush has continued to pay Israel hard American dollars - that’s why his road plan is just pure rhetoric. The majority of the globe does not hate Americans, but are sorely pis*ed off with the US Governments continuing hypocrisy regarding he Middle East.

It is easy to hate. Fixing a problem and getting involved take work. Americans that hate America are nothing more than spoiled little kids that have no knowledge of how good it is here compared to elsewhere. They will learn for the most part. People from other countries, well the explanation would be very Lengthy and not worth it on this forum. For the most part who cares what they think. Americans should work on improving America. Asking Europeans their thoughts would be like asking the CEO of a bankrupt company to run yours
