It is there, (again if you just mean the songs) but you have to look. Go into the entertainment and books icon and then music downloads or go directly to below link.

It is impossible to download an MP3 PLAYER, only tunes.
I assume that you mean tunes. If you go to www.tesco.net or .co.uk, both have links to the mp3 tunes buying service.
