I understand, I have seen this same question before. The President of Iraq is already instated as of a year ago. It is Jalal Talabani. He was an Iraqi politician, who was elected President of Iraq on April 6, 2005, (sworn in the next day, April 7, and once again on April 22, 2006, by the Iraqi National Assembly. Talabani is the founder and secretary general of one of the main Iraqi Kurdish political parties, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). He was a prominent member of the Interim Iraq Governing Council, which was established following the overthrow of the Saddam Hussein regime by the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Oh and don't feel bad I despise the news, but I love the Internet.

Yeah, he hadn't run the country for 4 years now, and had been in custody for over 3 years (since December 13th, 2003 I believe, but may want to check that).

Won't be any different that who it was BEFORE his death. Saddam's been out of the picture for awhile now. Just that he's now in bed with Satan . (if the south park folks are right about that)
