You're missing the subtext. The Chuckle Brothers have plugged into a national pysche unhinged by the loss of empire and status. Watch them closer and the whole history of Britain since 1914 unfolds before your eyes. It may seem like they are struggling to open a door, what they are really taking about is Britain being shut out of India in 1948.

No - I took the kids to see them at the theatre when they were little and they were hilarious. They put custard pies in the faces of audience members. My husband was one of the honoured recipients much to the delight of my children. They're good, old-fashioned slap-stick.

they are well out of date too what with the mullet and tash combo going on there are well creepy there the ones we tell our children to avoid lol lol

whats more creepy is the fact that you find them creepy ..most people will have great difficulty trying to act daft and they do it very well.. you should be able to do it naturally
