Just like butchering a chicken for Christmas Day, only better!

Ummm-Ummm -when will KFC start selling Saddam wings -- complete with spicy Ay-rab sauce? Hot diggedy dog!

Too bad they didn't broadcast it live, huh?

I have a tasty recipe for Jamaican Jerk chicken neck soup.

I don't know how one prepare's an Iraqi tyrant's broken neck for lunch, but I'll check my good ole Betty Crocker and get right back to ya! Maybe you could eat it raw, like sushi?

Snapping of the spinal cord. Not strangulation. There are 32 vertabrae in the spinal column and they are all separate pieces and are held together by very strong cartliage. It is the cord inside the vertabrae that breaks and not the separate bones. Strangulation can only occur when lynch mobs hang someone. It is a skilled job because the noose must be placed in a special way at the side of the neck. Death is virtually instantaneous.
Don't dwell on this, we know it seems barbaric but just think of the miserable deaths the hundreds of thousands suffered at Saddams behest.
Think instead of Jesus and why we had Christmas

A witness said he heard his neck snap, I think it was the Deputy Foreign Minister. Alos a photo of Saddam after death has his neck at an unnatural angle.

I would say both really, I mean look at what happened, a noose around the neck and hanging. Asphixiation and a broken neck but the break would have killed him first.

From what I understand, it was by a broken neck. Reports stated that his head was laying at a sharp angle and that also there was some evidence of blood.

Broken neck, when a hanging is done 'correctly'

strangulation if the "drop" is not the correct length.

You may hate the man- that much can be justified by his cruelty to Iraqi's. But wanting to watch him die? Why?? And I'm not sure if they have an actual video of that. They have a video of his last moments, but probably out of the gallows. Gees
