oh no! first off everyone! dont wash the cushion covers in the washing machine! they only thing you can do now is to squeez them back in by fighting stuffing, pushing swearing and sweating. You will find alot of resistance because of the dacron wrap around the cushion core...once its in, you will need to fine tune it more...good luck...

What do you have to lose, right? Turn the seat covers inside out and wash them in cold water on a gentle or hand washable cycle. Maybe let them soak in the machine if your machine has that option. Throw some baking soda in the water to help rid the stains/smells. Baking soda is mild and may help preserve the material. If you have a dryer that has an air fluff only cycle, do that after the wash, otherwise let them air dry. No heat!!! You may have a hard time getting the covers back on the cushions so stick with cold water/ gentle/hand washable cycle and air dry or fluff. Good Luck!

A bit like the duvet situation it needs two of you. What you need to do is compact the cushion and then slip the cover back over, then the cushion will expand inside the cover, try to get it straight first time though because it hard to move once its in there.

I wash my sofa cushions and put them back on. The trick is just keep squeshing the foam into the cover and get it to fit. It take some doing, but is worth it. Be careful of zippers if they have them. Just keep at it, can do it.
