Yea, it would cut down on the pressure to wear this or that, it would cut down on the worry of just how to lose weight to appeal to others. We could all just relax and be ourselves.

"Wouldn't it be cool if all the supermodels tried to look like me?"
--Chely Wright, who's not so far from a supermodel herself.
Actually, I don't think it would be any better. It's already been said that there are degrees of fatness and ugliness, so somebody would still be playing, "I'm better than you." I want to note too, that fat and ugly don't have to go together. I've known some attractive larger people, and some butt ugly skinny people.

Hell no. We would still find someone that's prettier than everyone else and make then "King" of the whole world, and then more ugly people to pick on, let alone we would all live shorter and unhealthier, why the hell would we want that?? It's the same thing except we're all fat asses with ugly faces!!
We'd all be fuglies!!

well, don't you think it would be nicer if we were all pretty and skinny? I mean, nicer to look at anyways. And wouldn't there still be degrees of ugly and fat? I mean, she's way uglier than this ugly girl. And she weighs 20 more pounds than that other overweight girl. Who knows, perhaps we're really all fat and ugly right now, and we just don't know it.

If we were all fat and ugly, then how would anyone know if we were fat and ugly? Who decides what is fat and ugly anyway?

No, think of all the fat corpses that would be lying around. Think of all the early heart attacks that we'd all be having.
No one likes a sweaty fat person.

nah, cause then we would all be trying to be the fattest or the ugliest. (going with your 'opposite' theory)
humans are by nature, competitive.
we would always end up making someone/some type of person "better" than others.
sad huh?
