Skin: Wash your face every morning and evening with a face wash. I would recommend not using soap. Try using Clean and Clear blackhead scrub or Clearasil Daily Face Wash. Use moisturizer. If you wear make up make sure you clean if off so it doesn't block your pores. Darkness under the eyes could be due to lack of sleep. Hair: Wash your hair everyday. Use shampoo and conditioner. Before you straighten or dry your hair use a hear protection spray or cream. Use nixon it will thicken your hair and make it grow faster. Also take a vitamin called biotin good for hair, nails and skin. Body: Exercise every day for around 1-2 hours. Have a healthy diet. Dont eat to much junk food and fizzy juice. Papaya fruits and massaging could make your boobs bigger. Try using a tinted moisturiser. Nails: File your nails. You can take viatims that can help your nails be healthier

I am not sure about "Singaporean women" but Taiwanese women are pretty much the same... and the only reason they are this way, is because they spend more than half their salary each month on cosmetics, beauty treatments, etc..., the weight issue, is because they are all trying to compete, they are naturally small built people, but that still doesnt stop them making sure they are thin as rakes... Asian culture is mostly about competing, and being the best at everything...
