It is not related to color of skin.
In some of cultures and tribes it is normal to don't hide breasts.
And by chance, many of them are in Africa and many of Africans are black!

That's a bit of a sweeping generalisation. A lot of white women go topless on beaches in Europe, especially southern Europe.

nothing to do with hide, and you are wrong its just you see more white girls than black, and both colours flaunts what they have,but sometimes a hidden one is more attractive

you haven,t been around my part of the country....White women ,a lot of white women going around almost nude....I don,t know where you are from but in the usa women show anything and everything they can,without getting arrested........
