The best thing you can do is walk away. If your manager is approachable speak to him/her about it. If he/she is not approachable then go to a higher authority, either your manager's manager or your human resources department, if you have one.
If neither of these options are open to you, there are always external authorities that can be of assistance to you, such as equal opportunity tribuanals, industrial relation commissions, or even industry trade unions.
We all have the right to work in a peaceful environment. The only problem is that with a large variety of personalities in the one space at the smae time, there are bound to be clashes.

Pee in the coffee maker. Better yet, pee on the filters, let them dry and them put them out for use. You will "deal" with the whole office, but, "oh well" at least that one bastard got his! That bastard screws it up for everybody. I hate him.
