Did someone else play "Mountain Man" on SNL?

I watched the SNL where Matthew Fox played "Mountain Man", but I swear I have seen someone else do it. Does anyone recall another actor as "Mountain Man", or was I just having Deja Vu??

"The Falconer" is a reoccurring sketch where Will Forte plays a man with a falcon named Donald and they get into various situations in a forest/on a mountain.
He dressed quite similarly to "Montain Man", fuzzy beard and all.
