I strongly disagree with you my friend. I would love to own a midget, he could be very handy to have and would be an interesting conversation piece. But if he was ever bad I would hang him upside down and poke him with a stick. He could also preform and get tips when company comes over.

Why shouldn't midgets have babies? They can make fine parents. Retards, as you so kindly call them, shouldn't have babies because they will not be able to take care for them themselves. Then again, there are so many people who shouldn't have babies, that your "sterilized list" would be endless. The list should start with you by the way.
