Unfortunately, No.
It can happen at anytime of the day. Or, it can happen ALL day long. Or, it could just be in the morning. With my first, I was only sick in the morning for about 3 months. With my 4th, I was sick all day, every single day until I hit 6 1/2 months. There was not one day go by without me in front of the toilet several times.

Good Luck! Maybe you won't even get it at all.

having some saltine crackers and 7 up can help alot. i had it for the first 5 months and the spitting did not stop until after bitrh. but hang in there because the blessing of a baby is far greater than the short time of morning sickness.

No. They call it that because it is usually due to waking up after 8 hours of sleep and having an empty stomach. I had all day sickness in the beginning of my pregnancy (just nausea without vomiting) and I found that having a couple of saltine crackers in the morning stopped it.

no it happens all day. you can make it better by eating smaller meals during the day (rather than 3 meals try 6) good news is it usually only lasts for about 15 weeks, but if it is violent vomitting see a dr, and drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated.

No, my mom got it in the evening when she was pregnant with me. I've always been one to go against the grain. ;-)
