Somewhat clueless people trying to accessorize and look well to do / stylish.
Alot of times more can be done to gain status by dressing very typically or clasically, Classics have already been established and correlates to 'class'.
Some people can be well over the top and be very daring with their fashion choices, but there is a fine line at which it crosses over from "stylish" to "try hard".
Look scan always be decieving, i know i always add appearance to the dossier when i meet a new person. How the feel rather than how they look carries much more weight when i am sizing someone up.

You will miss a lot in life if you judge people only by the way they look. Some of the most intelligent, funniest, and best people in the world will not always appear packaged as you might wish.

Only 50% accurate.
My view is that as we human have mind we could change our personality, though it's hard but It's the advantage of not being animal.
So as we get older, we gradually sharpen our personality, abilities and everything else to more specific or uniques.
As we use our mind to judge anything nonetheless face, body, dress. We develop to categorized people the way they look.
Most interested is that how you could recognized the way you treat everybody differently naturally, and the way you sharpen your personality by the way other person treated you, and one of the factor is looks.

This is a question without an answer.
Sensory People would judge like this.
Intuitive People would wait until they said something.
So, it would depend on that. How many, from each group, answered the question.
I'm from the Intuitive Group.

I wait tables for a living and it has taught me alot. Harley Davidson guys with big guts and long beards really tip well, almost without fail. I always wanna wait on them. Then the doctors and lawyers who order good wine and food often times tip horribly. I think you can judge people by the way they look - if you look in their eyes and really look at them.

Yes, but only if you know what you are doing. I strongly recommend the book 'Blink' by Malcolm Gladwell.
