I don't think it's nice to say all muslims are jizzheads. It's only the very visible few who spoil it for everyone.

There is no problem with this term when it is understood correctly. Every Muslim has a duty for "Jihad". It is very approximately equivalent to "Christian Crusade", but does not really mean "Crusade" in the Christian sense. Your comment about "Jizzheads" is just confusing.

Jihad is always translated/interpreted as "war" by non-Muslims but it simply means to struggle for or "fight" for something good as defined in Islam. This can simply mean anything from speaking the truth in front of a tyrant (or the UK/US press), going to Hajj for women, saying the five daily prayers at the correct times, bringing up children to be good Muslims or simply trying to be a good Muslim in a hostile neighbourhood. In its ultimate form, it can mean a war situation where the word "Kital" would be more appropriate.

In the ultimate form of "Jihad" referred to by most non-Muslims, it there are certain rules such as not killing innocent civilians, destruction of trees etc. For example, the type of "Jihad" mentioned in the Bible when Joshua attacked and captured the city of Jericho in Palestine would not be allowed:
Bible: Joshua 6:20-22 (New International Version)
20 When the trumpets sounded, the people shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the people gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so every man charged straight in, and they took the city. 21 They devoted the city to the LORD and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it—men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.

Unfortunately the term Jihad has been misinterpreted in modern times and terrorists who kill people trying to justify it on Islamic grounds are to blame.

Jihad in the Quran literally means 'a struggle' and the struggle agaist evil is complusory on all Muslims. Jihad does not mean to go out and kill people. It means to struggle to remove evil thoughts firstly against ones own self, and then to consider helping to reduce evil from society. As a very basic example, listening to music is against Islam... so to vow in trying to stop playing music for the rest of ones life is a big jihad for a Muslim.

So therefore it is insulting to call somebody such names when the majority of people do not even bother going out to learn the true meaning of jihad and Islam.

Jihad has unfortunately been used as a term that the Christians used as the crusades.

To be honest, Muslims do not avenge or accept this as a form of fighting for justice. In the Koran killing is amoral, so jihad, does not exist.......

Actually one needs to understand the term 'jihad'. It isn't necessarily a religious or terrorist war. One can have a jihad against poverty in the form of effective economic policy. One can have a jihad against disease by effective health institutions, etc. The problem is that nowaday jihad has become synonymous with militancy.

If Jihad can mean a war on anything - ie jihad against poverty, disease, deprivation etc, then it has a similar meaning to "Crusade" because you can also have a "Crusade" against poverty, disease, deprivation and the like.
