Well I'm 14 I'm realy into acting, I've done plays before , I've maybe taken a class or two three at the most, and I've met one producer who wanted me on th eshow , but I think it was a scam. Were can I find some place were they won't scam me, were I can learn and act and maybe get a chance. Please it's been my dream for a long time.. that and being a figure skater but unless someone has money for all that stuff and I magically get all good and suff face it that aint gunna happen..
please help.

Local community colleges have classes.
You can get a fee waiver and it's free. You can attend college classes with your parent's and your counselor's permission.
Big cities have a Parks and Recreation Department. Look and see if they have a theater company, or classes to take. That would be free or low cost too.
You are correct not to get scammed. An agent should sign you for a commission on what you make, not any money up front. Don't pay an agent for "head shots". Get them done yourself.
Don't pay an agent for "acting lessons" either.
I was told by an actual agent that you don't pay anything up front.

Well that depends if you want ok acting classes you can find them in any school middle through college. if you want good acting classes go to any theater camp that will serve as acting classes plus you'll get experience acting infront of people. Now if you want great acting classes you have to have money and i mean money to spare because the best acting classes cost alot. and there all over the place so if you look up acting lessons or acting camp on the internet and put where ever you live it will give you so many different places and you have to decide which is in your price range.

Good for you that you had the hunch that it was a scam. Right lotsa weirdos are using girls/boys who have a passion like you... As an actor myself (an much older than you are) I can give you the following:
* try to find a community acting class somewhere around you: training will help you ...
* try to audition for community productions: always good to have some background and experience
* try to find a casting agency that will take you (you will have to provide them with good pictures and if that is not possible usually they are having photshoots themselves for a reasonable price)...BUT NEVER PAY ANY FEE EVER EVER EVER....!! If you are good they will make money on you believe me....
* make sure that you take on of your parents with you (just to make sure that you ar ein good hands)...
* have fun... do not give in easily: IF you are talented one day will come but keep your passion...
