Just take her out for a cup of coffee , chit-chat and when you both get comfortable with each other tell her francly about your feelings . don't force her , even if she says no don't loose heart. there's always a next chance. ALL THE BEST !

dear , first see that i she Ur best friend or not what is her nature coz if she is not then Ur friend ship can b in a danger . & & after that take a ring go to her & say ilove u if u don't , don't say no just turn around & go . & promise me that we will b friends
