I seen the movie, as well as my 12 yr. old son....we had only seen the previews and thought it was a good movie to see.
My son, though, has been into all kinds of movies, including horror movies, since I can remember. He's a movie fanatic, and he's seen Predator when he was like...7, and it didn't scare him or give him nightmares, as I said, he's right into all kinds of movies (more so the horror flicks)!
But, as for Little Man, I thought it was cheezy, and corny, but it was funny!
My son laughed throughout the whole movie, and he has a good sense of humor, so I guess it was a good movie, from his perspective!

all depends on how narrow minded you are really, sorry but all that is in this movie is some jokes and hardly anything offensive, at least nothing more than what the kid will see ,hear and observes in real life around her/him.
i bet by listening to todays music he/she will hear lots worse things
it's a funny movie and i took my 12 year old kid

I haven't seen it but it sounds like it sucks and either way, I wouldn't show it to a twelve year old.

I wouldn't. It depends on how open the kid is. There are definitely sexual themes in the movie, so if you don't want that, then don't take the kids.
