TONS of online manga tutorials exist, as well as YouTube videos and your local library, if it's anything like ours, has 3 shelves devoted to how to draw Manga. Just start looking. It's a style, and it can be taught.

i would say deviant art rox my sox off!....that's the best place i know of and at barnes&noble they sell tons o stuff....hope that helps!
