Yes, though it's Pontius Pilate and I'm not sure if he's mourning for him. It's also spelled Goebbels instead of Goebels and Yasser (at least that's how I've always seen it)

But he is not the only war criminal in the world these days and the others r not being punished cuz the American governmebt approves of these guys and their crimes..
So to be fair ALL war criminals should be punished adn to name a few would be GWB the leader and his buddies ;)
