I have a GE profile top loading washer that will fill with water and once it reaches the top level it will immediately begin to pump the water out. Then it will fill again and empty all the water again?

Let me answer with a question, Are you sure the water is being PUMPED out? If the drain hose is inserted too far into the drain pipe it will siphon out the tub without the pump running. This is a common problem for the newer washers. If the pump is actually pumping out the water then some of the other answers may apply.

Wahing machine pump will work as the water reach level sensor.
If water touch on high level sensor the water will pumped out and if water reach low level sensor then pump will fill water .

You might check position of these sensor and adjusted it if needed.

I disagree that it's the water level switch. I think that your drain pump is clogged or bad. If you can, check the pump filter. I once found a pair of eyeglasses in one.

It sounds like your "load leveler" switch or you vacuum switch for the water level is gone. Call the dealer if they feel the same pick one up.

drop it from 93.37 feet from a roof top at a 30 degree angle with 3.3 litres of water in it. if you do it on a tue round 4pm then try it, it should start filling properly again for you.
