Another one of my co-workers likes to boss people around and tell them what to do even though he's not a manager. I started finishing all my questions with Boss...like what do I do now boss? Where does this go boss? and he got offended. Does he have a right to get offended since he bosses everyone around like crazy?

Sounds to me like he is a butt kisser... we have one of them in my office as well... being a manager my self i wouldn't call him boss even in jest... if one of the actual bosses hear that then it may give them ideas (I am sure that you wouldn't want that). When he starts telling you what to do then reply in a nice way that at the moment you are already working on something and if he needs help with what he is supposed to be doing then you will be glad to help but he will have to wait until you are done or he will have to ask someone Else to help him.

Anyone has the "right" to get offended over anything.
What one person considers funny, others may find hurtful.
Regardless, it's your "right" to feel anyway you want.

Just ignore him. Focus on your job, not the other guy.
