According to the BBC. CBC, the French press and several others President Bush DID WIN in 2000.
Also according to the Flordia constutition the state supreme court ruled against the laws of their constutitional laws when the said that ONLY a part of the state could be recounted. The state law says that if a party wants a recount of the election he/she MUST have a recount of ALL the state!
Also Federal election laws says that you MAY NOT change the rules during the election and that is what happened in Flordia when the state supreme court told Mr. Gore he could have only those areas he wanted to be recounted!
Please think about what you are asking before your show that you do not know what you are talking about!
