Sometimes I felt like I was drifting aimlessly but now I'm in control & have a sense of direction. I think it's ok not to have direction for a little while. Sometimes you have to find yourself. Just go where the current carries you. But eventually you do have to decide where you want to go & take the steps that will lead you there. Follow your dreams. Otherwise you may end up somewhere you don't like. Don't be a pawn moved by life. Be the author of your own fate. Take control of your life.

Depends. Is your direction not to have a direction or are you just trying to figure out which way to go? As long as you are going somewhere you will find your path. But if you stand still or give up you will wish you had some direction. Trust me.

Yes, I think I do have direction.
But it could be improved on.
I think that direction in life has to do with our willingness to make decisions. Some of them can be hard; unpleasant even.
It all depends upon our goals, doesn't it?
Parents face choices nearly every day.
If my goal is to be a better parent then I may have to choose to sacrifice something I want so that another family member can get what they want.
Is it OK to float through life without direction?
What do you think?
Does it sound sort of lazy? Like taking the "easy way out"?
Maybe someone else, someone younger than you, is watching you. Maybe they are learning from your example.
What are you teaching them?
Does it seem like a good way to learn about how they should live?
When others are important to us they can give our lives meaning and purpose.
If I only live to please myself then my purpose is selfish and the meaning of my life is made small.

I have a clear direction in my life. Many people don't believe in me, but I do.
I am 34 years old and I was in a really bad car accident when I was 17. Since then, I have tried many therapies. I play the piano. And my dream is to perform, but my coordination is not good enough. Everyday, I play scales and arpeggios to try and get better. The way I play now is so much better than it was a few years ago.
Just believe in Yourself and you can be amazing...

Personally, I think people with direction have an aim in their life, a goal a dream that they can work towards. People like me with no directions move on from on experience to antoher experience to find what they are interested in rather than what they are looking for.
You have to have a direction in your life to work towards and be happy. Otherwise you are lost and confused all the time. With no aim to push or support your way through.

i think direction will come to you when the time is right. I was always very driven and achieved all these goals I set for myself, and when I got where I thought I wanted to be, it wasn't what I wanted afterall..so I was lost for a time, but direction found me and I am happy :) reaching for direction didn't help, things worked out in a way I couldn't have asked for or planned but can only be thankful for! :) it's my hope that the same will happen to you, and I believe it will! ;) don't expend your energy worrying, just trust.~

I'm heading in a north/northeast direction, but it's hard because I don't have a compass or a path. It's OK not to have a perfect plan but one should always have an idea of where he or she is headed.

Still looking, but I have a better idea now then I did three years ago. It is absolutely OK not to have direction it does not mean your "Lost" it only means you are still looking (Like Me!) Good Luck
