I would agree with the other post that said chest, abs, and shoulders...but I would add to that, your mind! and since of humor, and your smile, stop trying to be cool or take advice from dim witted friends.
Be honest and nice, have manners and be respectful, and above all else remember that this is not a contest, there is no magic cure, and sooner or later you'll find yourself a nice girl.
