That's really small for a 13 yo. I've seen newborns with bigger ones. Maybe when you grow up, it might get to ba a normal size, but 4.5"???? yikes....

and average size is 5-7 inches in length, so you seem okay so far.

It is okay. I know of a friend who is the same age as yours but has a smaller one. Size really doesn't matter.
