Any ways to increase the torque of an old motorcycle?

I have a 1989 Yamaha FZR 600 and was wondering what ways if any I could have the torque of the bike increased without spending a lot of money ie engine rebuild?

put a larger sprocket on the back wheel... cuts top speed but
gives more low end..

Change the sprockets
raise the frount and lower the back will increase speed
To increase tork lower the frount and raise the back
