I know that fire can be extinguished by dirt but can dirt be burned by fire?
I know that clay ( a form of dirt ) can be baked to harden but can it be burnt completely to ash?
If so what temperature would fire have to be at to completely dissolve dirt?

according to 5 element theory of TCM, Fire creates Earth, but Earth controls Water which in turn controls Fire.

Most superior: Water
Water puts out fire and even if boiled away, it will rain and poof, out it goes. It dissolves earth and if you've ever surfed you know the power of a wave. . .or if you've seen the aftermath of a tsunami.

If earth is subjected to heat that is extremely intense it will become glass, so you tell me. A thermonuclear blast will indeed dissolve earth
