Practice, Practice, Practice!
I wont give a silly answer here. Years gone by my darts practice was 6 hours a day! (An excuse to go to the pub!) I spent an hour a day throwing bulls eyes. As it is the smallest part of the board hitting it consistently means you can hit anywhere on the board! In theory! Also i would have 6 identical darts in my hand and throw 6 instead of 3, saves on walking!
Hope this helps, good luck.

Along with proper stance, it's important to keep your body as still as possible. Rocking, swaying or jumping during the throw will make you miss your target. Also have a smooth consistent release.
The other important thing is never to never take your eyes off the target while you are throwing.
