"Is there anyone responsible for the Killing of 700,000 innocent Iraqi's since US attack on IRAQ?"
Yes, that would be the Bush administration and the higher ranks of the US military. If Bush hadn't started the war, these 600,000+ civilian casualties wouldn't have happened. Those deaths are a direct result to the US invasion.
"Is this a crime?"
Yes, it's an international war crime. That's why Donald Rumsfeld and several other Bush cronies are going to war crimes court:

"If YES! Then who will be punished for this crime?"
The entire Bush admin. and the higher ranks of the military. You can't charge the lower ranks because they were forced to do it and had no choice.
"Or we are satisfied for getting rid of Muslims this way?"
That depends on who you mean by "we". The neo-conservative religious right is satisfied. Everyday human beings who don't have outdated beliefs aren't satisfied.
I hope that answers your questions. Send me an email if you have more, take care.

I am amazed at how many so called "experts" we have here who can't ask or answer questions in complete sentences or have no idea what correct word usage is. I would ask all of you experts" on war and our government to please go to elementary school and learn the basics of our English language before you try and tell me what is wrong with our president and leaders. I'm sure all of you who are calling this war a crime could do a much better job. Just don't write anyone a letter...your ignorance might give your true identity as a military genius away.

Hmmm, let's think about this. You are not stupid. How is the USA responsible for others sending suicide bombers to murder innocent Iraqis who just want to better their lives? Secondly, let's give credit where credit is do. Saddam has murdered or responsible for the murder of up to the hundreds of thousands. I recall hearing about several mass grave sites, a few gassing's, and several hangers full of corpses. The new Iraqi government hanged the dictator. He would have been lethally injected had we had done this.

yes there is someone to blame and it's are president. he cant run are country so he is on a power trip. but keep in mind that millions of are soldiers are dying over in Iraq cus of suicide blaming and people going nuts. we have no right to be over there in the first place just like they had no right to do what they did on 9-11. the person that should be punished for this crime are the bushes cus of there power trips. but we cant do anything. we are not satisfied on getting rid of Muslims this way. why should Innocent people die because of oil? and why should we have to deal with all the b.s. that is going on?

Should we have hung the presidents durring World War 1 and 2 because they killed people? I'm sure innocents were killed. You're right.. we should've stopped going after Hitler and his followers because we had some accidental collateral damage. I'm not happy innocents are dieing. But to claim it as war crimes when there's no proof Bush or his administration did it on purpose is just ridiculous stupidity that is whined over and over again.

If the US were interested in "getting rid of Muslims this way," as you put it, we wouldn't be engaged in any type of ground war, and not one of our troops would be killed.
We could have turned the mid-east into a parking lot a long time ago, if we were trying to get rid of Muslims.

George Bush and high members of his administration will be charged with war crimes! You can count on it, no matter what law he tries to have passed changing the definition of torture!
Bush will be tried like Reagan and the US was for Iran/Contra!
I think the attack on Iraq is something someone like Hitler might do, especially when he had no reason!

I think all of America is getting punished for it now, primarily the troops are taking the brunt of the physical danger.
