well you can go for daisy dee brand for bras specially for churidar kurtas but if u ask me for maximum support and for better fit and beautiful shape you can go for padded underwire bras from enamour or triump. you can rest assured that nothing wil show and will give the much needed uplift. go for a half slip ovet the bra in neutral tone or the near matching shade of ur kurta if u think the kurta is a bit transparent.

try something soft , various brands are selling innerwear .
tv also advertise innerwear for churidar

u may use sum comfortable bras frm daisy dee
or t-shirt bras frm lovable
i thnk u r lil bit fat so use sum loose and soft1s
