1.a center for research in agriculture is much better for a country like Iran since there are many poor people who don't have something to eat, there are some kind of wide poverty in Iran, esp. that much of the gov. money went to the production of weapons. So, maybe with it, the food productivity may increase thus people might have something to eat.
2. a center for business research might be good for USA esp. after the huge economical scandals that were risen.
