I would like to vote but my husband has discouraged me from doing so for the past 19 years!

It is your right and duty as an American to vote,, Does your husband vote,,, If not that is his choice,,,It is not up to him to make that choice for you....

Certainly. You have the constitutional right to vote. No one can suppress that for any reason. If you want to, go ahead. If you think it's pointless, don't.

Let me guess . . .your husband doesn't vote either, but he complains endlessly about the government, gas prices, the war, etc.? Typical jerk.

It's your right to vote. Do it.

P.S. It's none of his damn business who you vote for, either.
