Maurice Jones-Drew

He's had the greatest impact on his team as a starter for the entire season and not just late in the running like Bush and Young. Or early like Colston.

He has put up top 5 numbers consistently and unlike Hester contributes to the team's overall strength every single game.

I say Vince Young. No one has had a more immediate impact of the game, no just their team. Jones-Drew is a good runningback, but the Titans were not a 9 or even 8 game win team. He has found ways to win ball games and 7 in a row ain't that bad either. I don't believe it will be Reggie Bush because he is only a situational player, not an every down back like Jones-Drew. Hester has had a great year on special teams, but on defense he has been burnt and scored on plenty. He should be judged on his actual position of cornerback. Marques Colston is a great receiver, but the Saints have and can win without him. The Titans can't win without Vince Young.

I would have to say Vince Young...but David Hester should get a good number of votes. The impact that Young has had on the Titans is amazing though...any other season Hester would be the front runner.

Demeco Ryans. He is the leading tackler on his own team. He was overlooked by every team at least once including the team that drafted him and he has played in every game this season. Everybody that is on the Vince Young band wagon, right now, I wonder if your ankles hurt from jumping off the Michael Vick bandwagon in 2000 or the Tony Romo bandwagon a few weeks ago. Over time, Demeco Ryans will still be stuffing run plays and doing the little things that make good players great while Vince "I can't read a defense so I improvise" Young is still trying to explain why he can't throw efficiently and accurately.
