They are different forms of the same word. Latin is an inflected language, and the endings change depending on how the word is used in a sentence. Pressio is what you are looking for.

"Pressio" (nominative case) means a prop; "pressionis" means of, or pertaining to, a prop, which sounds a bit like leverage rather than lever.
