I have NEVER landed at an airport and not been able to get a taxi EASILY. Now some airports aren't open all night and a cabbie won't sit around for 8 hours if no planes are landing but I would bet the farm that if you are on a scheduled into Ohare you will have no problem with taxi service.
Now if there is an emergency and you have to land in Midland, TX at 3:30 AM there might be a problem. I know there was one when it happened to me. But scheduled flights, nope, never had a problem.

A lot of airports yes.In Omaha NE,its 24 hr but if you get to rhe airport and there is cab,talk to the police and you should get one within 20 mn
