Hi! In my opinion, yes and no.
Death is the easy way out. But he deserved to die for what he did.
I think he should have been left in solitary confinement with absolutely no contact what so ever, for the rest of his life.

message to ally: while you say nobody deserves to die, consider how many DID die at his authority. hundreds of thousands. he was a tyrant murderer in Value Village clothing. even the daily wardrobe he carried was MILITARY, denoting the intent to create what was essentially a martial state.disagree with him and you died. look at the 2 guys (relatives, to boot) who were given guarantees of safety tocome back to Baghdad and were immediatelyt shot within 48 hours of returning.
the bastard only got PART of what he deserved. so lets get off the high horse about solitary confinement unless you were olunteering to babysit him the rest of YOUR life.

Absolutely not. I continue to be amazed by the blatant hypocrisy of the idea that because killing is wrong, killers should be killed. It's illogical and nonsensical and anyone who claims to value human life should be appalled by the death penalty, no matter who is being executed.
I also find it amazing that this "enlightened democracy" that we're building in the Middle East as a shining beacon is hanging people with our cooperation. Disgusting.

he deserved to b tourchered in this order:
1. rip off fingernails
2. rip out hair
3.slice of fingers and toes
4.make him say a really long speach thang about how much us owns.
5. whip him.
6. put salt in his cuts.
7. gorge his eyes
8. drip water on him.
9.break all bones
10. spit on him.
11. implant mini alien government owned nanorobots in his body
12. hang him but not so he dies but so u can hit him with a wrecking ball
13. hang upside down like a pinata and let us kids beat him up with metal bats and those chain thingies with spikes on them
