lol i know this sounds gay but im really quite pretty....but my legs are kinda fat :( i mean, i dont mind having big legs and i dont wana be a stick insect super model (they dont look good anyway) but i really wana get rid of fat off my legs! my tummy is fine but my legs *cringe* especially around my knees, whats a good way to get rid of fat around there? ive gone on diets and lost weight but unfortunatly i dont get to decide WHERE the weight comes off...so basically, my boobs have gotten smaller, help me!

Simple solution - STRETCH !!!
Focus on exercises which stretch your leg muscles. (Maybe Yoga, Martial Arts, or Ballet.) Once you start stretching, you'll gradually remodel the leg muscles by tearing-down and rebuilding the muscle fibers. If you continue stretching, the new fibers will be longer and leaner than the old ones. Therefore, your legs will get thinner and have better tone.

what you may think is a flaw may be an actual turn on for some one else. There are plenty of exercises that are for specific body parts. But be careful . you may lose weight there but gain muscle which will actually make them look bigger.
I would suggest Pilate's or yoga or a combo of both. They are very good for toning muscles with out looking like a weight trainer.

well, you should try squats! they hurt like a mofo but so worth it! ( ima softball catcher) you get nice muscular/firm legs (not over exagerated of course) and you loose the extra weight! also you should try walking alot, or even running alot! swimming is good all around excersize! anything that has to do with leg workout would be great for you! but i would say that the first couple i meentioned are the best!

never go on diets it ruins your system if you don't stay on them...just start eating healthy and get exercise it's all going to come off a little bit everywhere try doing leg exercises?? consult a doctor or a trainer

Find an exercise tape or book that focuses on your thighs and legs.

try yoga/pilates, you can take classes or do books/videos at home, great for toneing, and you can target specific areas, or if you into harder exercises running will make your legs lean
