Addition: Yes, I know that Bennet was killed. The question is what happend to Spiletto? Did he become Christ follower too?

That information was left out of the film. I've seen the movie several times already and I assure you the film did not explain anything about Spiletto.

Father Brennan: After warning Robert Thorn of Damien, Father Brennan begins to make his way towards Bishop's Church due to a sudden storm. As he attempts to get in, a lightning bolt hits the spire at the top peak of the church. Brennan looks up in time to see the spire topple downwards, seconds before it pierces through his shoulder, through his lower torso, into the ground, impaling him and killing him instantly. The storm suddenly dies down as he is left impaled into the ground. ((Wikipedia))
