A new neighbor moved in today up stairs, i could hear her most of the afternoon moving in. Going back and to,in and out up and down. But now is gone all quiet, do you think she went out to stock up on GOODIES and SNACKS. Or do you think the poor lady passed out from all the heavy lifting?

You should go introduce yourself. That will let you check on her to see if she's ok at the same time.
