eat 6 times a day, eat food contains a lot of protein and calories.
and work out 1 muscle per week. make sure you lift heavy.warm up 10 rep 2nd warm up 8 rep 3rd warm up, 6 rep. after that 3 heavy set 4-6 rep. try it out i hope it work..good luck

I was told to start eating more..even some fatty foods(I still stay away from fast food though). I convert the fat to muscle by doing alot of push ups every other day. Don't get me wrong though, you don't want to over do it on the fatty foods. Just eat more..vegetables, chicken, all kinds of meat really. You NEED protein. Start doing push ups and you'll get there.

eat lots of lean meat and egg white, train religiously and progressively, more or less you will be a super-heavyweight muscle champ just like me !
