i resently recived 2 huge tiger oscars from some one about 11 inches in length but there unknow wounds on them i belive there male and female need help on how to treat them well further extent contact me if you know how on oscars. one has white bumps or dots on its lower lip, and the other has a open wound on its head

Treat with melafix to prevent the wounds from getting infected. It is a natural tonic that fights parasites like ich and fungus. It also helps wounds heal faster as well as prevent infection.
BTW those are not huge yet, they will still add another 5 inches in length. Just so ya know ;)

Melafix works really well. I used to use it on my fish. it works for all types of fish. as long as u give them the proper dosage and keep it consistant they should be fine.
