if you feel like shaving, shave.
DO YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND? if so, that may make you more eager to shave.

Well, it's natural for a woman to have hair down there so just because there's hair doesn't mean it's time to start shaving. You have to decide whether you want all of it gone, some of it gone, or to just leave it alone. And your sis doesn't get a vote because it's not hers.

As for shaving it does make it itchy because it grows back. Imagine what happens to your legs when you shave happening to your ********. That would just be uncomfortable!

Some people wax down there because it grows back softer than shaving, but that also hurts like heck. You'd have to go to a beauty spa to get that done professionally. You don't want to try that at home.

Some use those dipilatory creams from the drug store, but you'd have to ask people what works best. You don't want to put strong chemicals down there.

You could also try trimming the hair. They actually make personal trimmers for things like this. It makes things less bushy but it leaves some of what's supposed to be there, there.

Or you could leave it all alone.

So yeah, long answer to your short question. But you need to decide what's right for you, not someone else. So here's the other info so you can make an informed decision.

Itchiness is totally normal along with the red bumps. You don't need to shave down there unless it's what you like, in fact I've heard of some health benefits to leaving the hair...down there. I also don't know of a particular age that anyone should start shaving that stuff.
If you don't like to do it, then I would suggest that you just "clean things up" down there whenever you're going to be wearing short shorts or a bathing suit. Just for decency sake.

it is common to start shaving at any age in that area, in spite of the undeniable fact that it relatively is an argument of non-public determination. in case you like it shaved, bypass forward and shave it. in case you may quite no longer shave it, then do no longer. indexed here are some issues to evaluate: Use summers eve or an identical kind of initimate cleanser and not a favourite shaving gel which will reason an infection. make useful that the hair has been soaked for a minimum of 10 minutes (the tub tub is a good place for that). Use a pointy, clean disposable razor every time which you shave down there and throw it away once you're comprehensive. Get your self some optimum potential Vagisil to apply whilst the itching starts because of the fact the hair starts to improve back in (it is going to itch like loopy).

Without being inappropriate, yes it is normal for that region to itch after shaving. As for it being a good idea? To each her own. My girlfriend used to but I prefer some sign she is a "woman". In several "guy discussions around that topic, the opinionseems about split as to "Brazilain" (all hair gone) or the neatly trimmed "landing strip".

As for guys, some go bare (again itchy and immature looking) but most just trim to avoid 70's porno jungle style.

To me, all gone is either porn star or prepubescent. Remember your still young, be smart and know anyone trying to see if your shaving will probably not care.

Might I also suggest, don't trust us men or boys at your age (we'll say and do just about anything to get it) and don't believe the excuses make them wear protection everytime.

Yes, it's normal for it to itch like crazy. Whether you shave or not is entirely up to you. The only reason is personal preference, there's no evidence for the hygenic arguement. Some ladies prefer to shave, some do a sort of poodle clip, some leave it go all together. If you bathe daily and keep clean, there's no reason to shave unless you want to. Tell your sister it's your business what you do- not hers, and make your own choice about what you prefer to do.

Shave only if you want to. It is normal for it to itch as the hair grows back in. To avoid this keep it shaved all the time or don't shave again.

This is your choice and yours alone. But it's not the least bit necessary to shave your mons.

Some time in the future, when you are in a relationship, you and your partner may want to shave or at least trim a bit, but for now, why bother? It's awkward, it does itch, and there's no reason to do it. In fact, there's every reason not to do it. Pubic hair actually serves to trap and hold your own smell, and to your partner, your smell is an aphrodisiac.

it is a personal preference only you can decide to make. it doesnt hurt for you to shave down there. it may be itchy the first couple of times. just be careful if you use a razor that you dont cut yourself. if you do decide you may want to use the gel called bikini zone after. it may sting a little the first couple of times, but it will help stop the razor burn until your skin gets used to the razor down there.

shaving your pubic hair is a matter of personal preference. it doesnt have to be done. having hair down there is normal. if the hair shows when wearing a swim suit you might want to at least trim it. yes it is normal to itch when it is growing back.
